ByFolio collects passive data provided by your browser as you visit byfolio.com. This data is used for several purposes including, but not limited to, traffic analysis, billing our service provider customers for verifiably unique clicks, site improvements, and content delivery.

Please note that it is not necessary to share passive information with ByFolio in order to access byfolio.com. You may configure your browser to disable the sending of any such data (e.g., operating system version, Web browser version) and still access all services, as can be reasonably delivered without access of this information. You may also explicitly block cookies without any detriment to your experience.

ByFolio uses SSL-protected pages for all monetary exchanges, both between you and ByFolio and between ByFolio and our credit card processor. For all purchase records, only the last four digits of a credit card number are displayed. All personal information is protected by password-enabled accounts. If you forget your password, you must be able to access the email account associated with your ByFolio account or provide otherwise personally identifying information in order to regain access your account.
